A: Gus’ Commissary offers a few different options when it comes to the bill.

Q: I work a day job; can I use the kitchen in the evenings?
A: Absolutely! In fact, Gus’ Commissary is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Take advantage of our discounted night hours!
Q: Is there a limit to how often I can work?
A: No, Gus’ will not limit how much or how often you can work. Schedule permitting, you can work as often as there is time available.
Q: How many workstations are available at a time?
A: Gus’ has four workstation that can be booked simultaneously.
Q: Can I store my personal equipment on-site?
A: Of Course, Gus’ provides complimentary storage space for one(tenant provided) rack on wheels. Refrigerated and frozen storage are also available. For larger operations
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: There are a few pieces of paper we will need to start working:
- Copy of your business license.
- Copy of insurance naming Gus’ as additionally insured.
- Copy of your Larimer County Health License.
Q: I have a food truck, does Gus’ offer overnight parking?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight parking for our tenants.
Q: Can I book Gus’ to prepare for my Holiday Party, Dinner Party or Special Event?
A: If you have an event license and insurance, of course! Regrettably, anyone working out of Gus’ must be licensed and insured.
Q: Can I bring helpers with me?
A: As long as your helpers are all over 16 years old, then yes. Due to insurance concerns, no children are allowed in the facility.
